STAFF SPOTLIGHT: FRANCOIS TARDIF

Francois joined the team late last year as Food and Beverage Supervisor. Read on to learn a little more about Francois.

Tell us about your background. What were you doing prior to joining Lonsdale Links?

I was the logistic director of a French food delivery company in Paris. More recently I was the primary carer of our two children, Marcelle and Basile.

Tell us about your role? What do you do on a day-to-day basis?

I’m making sure everything goes smoothly in the restaurant and every guest is happy and receives all the attention they need.

I’m also managing our fantastic team of waiters, training and assisting them in our daily tasks.

What are you liking most about your role so far?

I love the social interactions with our customers and staff. It feels like we’re all part of a big team. The view is also a pretty good perk.

What do you do when you’re not at work?

I’m mostly spending time with my wife and our little Frozzies in the parks, libraries, pools and beaches of the Bellarine. When I get a moment for myself I like to play tennis or go for a run
