Membership
The club’s membership base draws on the Bellarine Peninsula, Geelong and District with a large percentage coming from the Melbourne area to enjoy great golf and hospitality especially on weekends and holiday periods. Members and visiting golfers are invited to participate in organized competitions held regularly through the year. Regular competition days are:
- Women - Tuesday and Saturday
- Men - Wednesday and Saturday
Special Events include charity days, guest days, club championships and twilight golf during daylight savings hours. Lonsdale Golf Club is also represented in District Events such as pennant (including junior pennant), bowls and shields. Membership categories include:
- Full with some concessions for non-local residential location and membership of other golf clubs.
- Partial with conditions on the extent of ability to play the course.
- Nine Hole which restrict play to nine holes at a time.
- Junior for persons 10 to 22 years of age
- Non-Playing
- Social
Subscription fees are revised each year and within each membership category there are some variations applicable to particular circumstances. Details are provide upon enquiry to the Club on (03) 5258 1955.
